This particular client need is for a true sales manager to run and build a region of Account Executives. We would expect this candidate to have a loyal following of those who have worked under their leadership, and potentially recruit sales talent from past experiences.
A proven track record of success is required, preferably from eDiscovery, managed review, or other related litigation services.
The client is a mid-sized provider backed by private equity with the goal to triple their sales force inside of the next 24 months. The organization is also known to have minimal attrition compared to other market players, and having a leadership team respected by industry peers.
