Job Description

Position Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for selling Reveal’s eDiscovery solution to law firms, corporations, government agencies, and third-party service providers. This business development role will develop and execute a clear sales plan to rapidly enhance Reveal’s penetration into the assigned regional market. The successful candidate will have previous eDiscovery experience and a proven track record of consistently exceeding new business quotas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle to win new business and expand existing customer relationships
  • Utilize your existing relationships with law firm and corporate legal department contacts to generate new business within first 90 days
  • Consistently maintain a high level of meeting activity with a target of five product demos per week
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to build new relationships and promote the Reveal brand
  • Understand prospect needs and effectively communicate Reveal’s solution set
  • Build and maintain a prospect database and document in Salesforce CRM
  • Stay current on eDiscovery market trends and competitor strategies
  • Work with inside sales team to generate face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and client services teams

Job Requirements
Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

5+ years in eDiscovery or legal software industry
Consistently ranked as top performer in business development roles
Exceptional verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Ability to converse with prospects at all levels, including the executive level
Detail-oriented with capacity to manage multiple, simultaneous sales cycles
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations
Demonstrates the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently
Professional mannerisms and appearance
Travel as required
Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA a plus
