Job Description
Will need to relocate to Atlanta, GA by May 2021
A CodexTen eDiscovery Technician is the front line of our client services team. Technicians are responsible for accepting new client requests, generating new cases and productions, as well as troubleshooting any problems a client may be having with the eDiscovery platform. They will work hand in hand with the eDiscovery Engineers, Litigation Specialists, and Account Managers on more complex issues to ensure the best result. Technicians will also act as the interface between clients and other parties involved in a case for record delivery and collection.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accept client requests via form or phone call
Create new cases in the eDiscovery platform
Collect and collate productions/evidence and ingest the data
Set up Predictive Coding models to prime platform’s AI tools
Configure and run productions on request
Answer user questions regarding platform functionality
Troubleshoot user platform problems
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in helpdesk or desktop support
• 1-3 years experience with Windows file system
• 1-3 years experience with iOS file systems

Data recovery experience preferred
Everlaw experience preferred
