Job Description

Our client, a top tier provider of eDiscovery services, seeks a Senior Director to lead their Analytics Department. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the company’s analytics offerings, including client consultation, management of backend servers/agents within Relativity and Brainspace, and in-house review workflows, while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Job Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the Analytics team to achieve department’s goals
planning and implementation of all Analytics projects
Create and maintain standards and protocols for the delivery of Analytics services
Manage Relativity Analytics Builds and Process
Facilitate and define project scope, goals and deliverables, as well as project tasks and resource requirements for projects with Analytics
Develop full-scale project plans, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Track and report on revenue\margin targets and growth in department
Coordination with project management and review teams to implement analytics best practices
Maintain and develop expert knowledge of THE COMPANY’s products and services, industry trends and local competitors
Primary consultant with new and existing clients:
Develop and enhance long-term, high quality client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations.
Partner with Account Managers and clients to develop a project strategy and help create solutions to address the project requirements and provide the best value to the client relationship.
Consult with clients and Account Managers to determine the best service and product options to meet pricing expectations and project deadlines.
Coordinate delivery of accurate reporting and tracking
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Monitor and report on the progress of projects to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, issues and applicable solutions
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Manage the project resource allocation
Provide direction and management to project team
Perform quality control on client project deliverables
Implement and manage all projects and intervene as needed to ensure project delivery
Evaluate project results and identify changes that can be implemented for future work
Recruit and identify staffing needs for growth
Create best practices process and workflow for department
Provide expert witness testimony when needed
Qualifications

Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred;
10+ years and demonstrated knowledge of Analytics, Litigation Support / eDiscovery Project Management in a law firm and/or with an eDiscovery service provider required
5+ years of eDiscovery project leadership experience managing growth, process management, revenue and margins
Relativity Certified Administrator required, Relativity Analytics Certification preferred.
Brainspace Administrator Certification required
Strong knowledge of Searching, Batching and Review within Relativity
Must have strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Direct work experience in analytics consulting/processes required
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
Advanced knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Processing, Data Collection and Preservation, and Document Review
