Job Description
POSITION PROFILE
Provides leadership, direction and training to RICOH Legal personnel ensuring all EDD projects utilizing the Hosted Services infrastructure meet company quality standards, client job specifications, and deadline compliance. These goals will be accomplished by effectively supervising workflow based on standard practices and policies. This position requires leveraging the Project Management team as well as those teams responsible for the Hosted Services infrastructure to accomplish the desired result.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Under the direction of the Directory of Technology -- Field Support Services, the Senior Processing Engineer ensures that all internal work products conform to the client's technical specifications and deadlines
  • Coordinates daily with the Project Management team to prioritize Hosted Services processing on a per client basis
  • Trains and supervises junior team members where applicable
  • Clearly communicates pertinent and timely information to all affected parties associated with Hosted Services projects
  • Effective in using the escalation process for communicating changes in project status
    Required to assist in the development and documentation of Hosted Services workflow best practices
  • Directly involved with the project's intake specifications, comprehensive tech specs and deliverable information
  • Assists in evaluating and providing feedback on software and hardware
  • Keeps accurate records documenting the projects lifecycle through project management tracking tool
  • Shows proficiency in functional areas supporting the EDRM model within the Hosted Services framework (Intake, Processing, EDA, Review and Export)
  • Drives metrics solutions that depict the state of a project throughout its lifecycle
  • Supports the Hosted Services team in providing service-based solutions for our clients and documents those solutions so that they can be clarified to and absorbed by the Project Management staff
  • Participates in RFP deliverables
  • Assists in the coordination of daily task assignments/activities of Processing Engineers
 QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) 
  • Requires completion of a four-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Requires 5 years litigation tech support/processing experience within a Litigation
  • Support department or imaging vendor
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Industry recognized certifications a requirement (e.g. Relativity RCA, ACEDS)
