Position Title: Staffing Coordinator, Managed Review

Lineal’s managed review team assists corporations and their legal counsel by helping to improve the overall document review process from the outset of a matter. Our core focus is to create and execute on technology driven, efficient, defensible, and uniquely tailored review workflows for our clients. Our team of experienced attorney technologists provides consultative support to our clients related to search term assessment and validation, review and quality control workflows, technology application throughout the review process, privilege logs, data breach and privacy review, data subject access requests, compliance, and internal investigations and second requests.
The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating staffing fulfillment, onboarding, time and billing review, and offboarding for the contract review team. The Staffing Coordinator is also responsible for tracking and analytics related to the contract review pool.
The Staffing Coordinator will also be an integral part of growing Lineal’s managed review services by administering all activities related to Lineal’s contract review pool, liaising with staffing partners, and ensuring we always have the best staff in house. The Staffing Coordinator will act as an ambassador for managed review both inside and outside the company and can train a support team as the role expands. The Staffing Coordinator will collaborate closely with Lineal’s managed review leadership team to provide staffing and support throughout a project’s lifecycle.
Staffing Coordinators will possess excellent organizational skills and communicate effectively to teammates, leadership, partners. The Staffing Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple staffing engagements at once, and remain organized and effective throughout.
- 3+ years in an administrative role with history of supporting larges teams and at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate across outside vendors
- Knowledge of eDiscovery managed review services is a plus
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of excel and experience with timekeeping software required
